14 players will participate. One of them will be qualified by MSI Pro Cup #13 Qualifier. They will be announced everyday until the beginning of the tournament.

SuperNova got famous in 2011 when he joined the oGs team, now disbanded. He attends the GSL, his level being between the Cose S and the Code A (Code A where he is now after loosing during the second turn of the Code S). In 2012, this Korean player attended his first tournament outside Korea, winning the second place at the IEM São Paulo, then climbing the rankings and ending in the top 16 (IEM World). The Terran player doesn't have a team right now, but as he is one of the best players in the world, many teams would like to recruit him. For his first time attending the MSI Pro Cup the last season, he almost won the final against Polt. Now is the time to get his revenge !

Bly is one of the best Zergs in Europe, his last success at WCS Ukrain as a proof. To reach the title, he beat White-Ra, fraer and Strelok. Used to online performances, with a lot of titles in his pocket, he needs an offline victory to definitely become famous. MSI Pro CUP #12 will be his 4th participation in the series. Always beaten in quarter finals, Bly counts on his huge skills to finish in top 3, and, who knows, write his name in the stones of MSI Pro Cup.

Genius, here’s one who deserves his name! He recently joined SlayerS after leaving team MVP. The Protoss player is under the spotlight of the international scene since the beginning of the game. Winner of Blizzcon 2010, Genius has also shone in GSL code S where he finished in the Top 8 of the season 2 the same year. The Protoss player stayed in Code S for the next seasons, going only one time in Code A in November 2011. After that, in the first season of the GSL 2012, he went in final against his ex-teammate, none other than DongReaGu. MSI Pro Cup is new for him. Will he be as successful as his countrymen?

SortOf is one of the European revelations this year. One of the foremost Zerg players of the moment. Ending second of the WCS Sweden defeated by ThorZaIN, SortOf came back from the Looser Bracket beating players like SaSe, Naniwa and Cytoplasm. SortOf showed some excellent games during the MLG Summer Arena where he won 2-0 against First, the recent finalist of the MLG Summer Championship. Earlier in the IEM, the player of Western Wolves offered himself LucifroN, Ret and Grubby, which says a lot about his improvement in his game. But the MSI Pro Cup, in which he participates for the first time is a different story!

Thor(ZaIN) is here ! Considered as the best Terran in Europe, the Swedish revealed himself by winning the TSL 3 against his compatriot Naniwa in 2011. Since ThorZaIN continues to make outstanding performance. By winning the Swedish WCS last July, the player won one of the most difficult national tournaments. He is since May one of the member of the team Evil Geniuses and he also added to his achievements the DreamHack Summer. He made his debut in GSL Code S last season and will soon play Up&Down for Season 4. Even if he won once the MSI Pro Cup, ThorZaIN is the MarineKing (player of Team Prime) of this competition. Five time seconde of this competition, the Swedish player finished one time outside the top four out of eight participations. A remarkable performance that made him one of the favorites for this edition

Sage, even if he is not well known outside Korea, he is not an unknown player. First, he was recruited by the French team Alt-tab Gaming at the beginning of August. The Protoss revealed his talent in Clan War where he made two All Kill. One against Startale at the IPL TAC 2 and the second against fOu in GSTL#1 where he played with his former team, NSHoSeo. Sage also played online tournament like ESV TV Korean where he lost against TaeJa in June or at the LG Cinema 3D Special League, last year, where he won over MMA and Check. Currently, Sage is training in the Polish Gaming House, Ministry Of Win. It’s his first participation to the MSI Pro Cup !

MaNa is the best Polish Protoss player, and one of the best Protoss European players. Already well-known on Broodwar, he climbed all the way up to the final of the DH Winter 2010, sadly loosing it in the end. Since then, he stayed at the top but didn't win any major event. This mistake has been fixed after MaNa's unexpected win during the final of the DH Summer 2012. Leaving behind him DIMAGA, Stephano or even HerO, the Mouz player prooved that he deserves his place in SC2's hall of fame.

fOrGG is the new member of Millenium. After a career filled with success in Broodwar, where he won the title of MSL and one Proleague with KT Rolster, the Terran player decided to play StarCraft 2 during the summer 2011 and joined oGs. Experienced player, the Korean immediately showed his potential in GSL where he dominated the Code A during the November season where he won over Sage, Polt and July. In early summer 2012, fOrGG joined Team Millenium and came in Millenium’s Gaming House located in Marseille. Few days after his awaited arrival, the Korean went to Finland to participate in his first European offline tournament. Finishing third, the Terran player surpassed all expectations and sent a strong message to the most talented player of the Old Continent. fOrGG will try himself for the first time at the perilous MSI Pro Cup.

Polt is one of the big winners of the GSL where he won the title 4-0 against MMA in June 2011. Formerly at Prime, he now officiates at TSL. The International Korean succeed well, being on the podium in competitions such as Assembly Winter, Dreamhack or the Lone Star Clash. He is also known for popularizing the “1/1/1 with Raven/Banshee” or “Polt timing push”, which is a very aggressive strategy. Winner of 4 MSI Pro Cup (#5, #6, #7 and #11), he also finished third in the 10th edition and made a Top 4 at the 8th edition. This is Polt’s home, and he will definitely show this to his opponents.

Symbol participates often in the ESV TV Korean Weekly events before trying the GSL qualifiers. In 2011 Symbol tried to qualify for GSL Code A at several times, without finding his way to the prestigeous competition. But 2012 seems to be a good year for him, picked up by TSL he taked the 2nd place in Iron Squid and advance to GSL Code S for the first time in March ! Probably the best time to have him at the MSI Pro Cup.

Adel is among the best French players. He mainly displayed his skills to the European scene during the TSL 3, DH Winter and Assembly Winter. However his recent performances offline (WCS france) didn't convince everyone, even if this player is able to show great skills, he also fails from time to time. He recently tryed to qualify for the Assembly and IEM Cologne, but each time was one win away from the qualification. We hope that his new playstyle will allow him to show more reliable performances.

Kas took part in his 6th edition of the MSI Pro Cup. And yet, our Ukranian friend only went on to the podium once during the first edition, after being defeated by Stephano in the final. But Kas still remains one of the best european players. Moreover he has an accomplished personal record with a recent victory at the Coppenhagen Games. His last victory online dates back to end of January, during l'ONOG. Kas is equally one of the players that who practices the most on the ladder, as his first place in the 6th season shows.
